The second US marketplace, run with the same discipline.
Walmart is where a lot of brands are still treating advertising as a checkbox. Less competition on the auction, cheaper clicks, and a search algorithm that rewards conversion rate even more heavily than Amazon does. The method does not change. The targets do.
What this looks like on a real account.
Published in full, like everything else here.
One fee, quoted before anything starts, and reported on the same page as your Amazon work rather than in a second deck.
- Sponsored Products and Search Brand Amplifier
- Automatic campaigns mined for the manual ones
- Listing quality score worked before spend goes in
- Item setup and content fixes flagged as we find them
- Weekly search term work, same as Amazon
- One page report covering both marketplaces
From brands we run this for.
Walmart was an afterthought for us. One quarter in it is a quarter of our US revenue.

Straight answers, no call required.
Is Walmart worth it if Amazon is working?
Often yes, because the auction is far less crowded and clicks are cheaper. It is worth it once your listing content and fulfilment can hold up: Walmart ranks hard on its own listing quality score and on delivery promise.
Do I need Walmart Fulfillment Services?
Not to start, but it changes buy box behaviour and delivery promise enough that it changes what advertising can achieve. We will tell you when it is worth the move and when it is not.
Is it reported separately from Amazon?
No. One page covers both, because the question you actually have is where the next thousand dollars should go, not how each channel did in isolation.

We read the account properly and write back with where the money is going, what it is buying, and the three things we would change first. You keep it either way.
